I’ve collected a selection of Camas Blouses to share with you today. Thank you to everyone who has emailed me, blogged or shared their Camas on Instagram! Viewing your creations is the most rewarding and thrilling part of running a pattern company. If ever you have a project that you would like to show off, there is no need to hesitate and to feel shy. I am just an email away and am eagerly awaiting your photos and comments! Reach me (Morgan) at info@threadtheory.ca
Now let me present to you: The Camas Parade!
On your blogs:
A lovely black and white Camas (it goes great with that red lipstick) blogged at Sur les montagnes russes…
A grey Camas paired with awesome leather pants – this blog post is from last May but I somehow missed it! Read the post over at blue hedgehog.
I love this mustard colored Camas with a very elegant drape. There are actually two Camas Blouses featured on this blog post at remembering gravity.
A stunningly bright Camas in Liberty Dufour Jersey blogged at Miss Maude.
A special Camas Blouse featuring lace scraps from Anne’s wedding dress! Blogged at Topstitched by Anne Lythe.

These all look great, I’m really inspired to make more Camas tops now! I finished mine last night, so a little late but still in time for Valentine’s day.

Great job everyone. It was nice to see some of the camas blouses of the sew along. The same pattern can have so many looks depending on the fabric selection.

Isn’t it amazing how much variety fabric choice can create? I’m making a Camas nightgown at the moment in a novelty cotton flannel (with cute little foxes printed all over it) and it looks entirely different from my more dressy bamboo jersey versions…that’s for sure!

I love them!! I was meaning to sew along with you, but just completely run our of time! But I just grabbed the pattern while its still on sale! I’ll send you a link when I finish it! 🙂

Thank you for reposting these Camases! They are all beautiful in their own way and inspiring me to get going on my Camas! I have some gorgeous Liberty jersey just waiting…after I’m finished my Sewaholic Cordova jacket 🙂

I hope your Cordova jacket turns out wonderfully! Your Liberty jersey will make an excellent Camas. Have fun!
